MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
AITA membership is only available to individuals whose primary occupation is in the trucking and transportation industry.
MEMBERSHIP TERM
Membership is effective for a period of one year, due on or before January 1 of each year, covered by a membership fee payment. Such payment of the annual renewal fee can be set up to be automatically charged to a credit card or other authorized billing source. Membership renewal fees will automatically be billed to the credit card or other billing source authorized by the member at the then current rate, until such time that AITA has been notified of the member's desire to cancel a membership. Members may cancel their membership and terminate further billing by e-mailing CustomerService@AITAonline.com or writing to:

and receive a full refund of your current paid membership if your cancellation request is received within 90 days of initial enrollment or renewal. Any request made after the 90-day limit will be prorated and refunded. AITA reserves the right to change the membership fee for any renewal term, to be effective at the next membership renewal.
MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS
AITA members have access to discounts and other benefits (the "Benefits") on specified products and services offered by third party product and/or service providers who are independent from the Administrator and from parties who have agreements with Administrator to promote or sponsor AITA. Although AITA, as the coordinator of the Benefits, has made every attempt to verify the accuracy of information provided, AITA, its Administrator, promoter(s) and sponsor(s) make no warranty express or implied including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to the Benefits, the products or services purchased by you through AITA or information provided to members or users. Members or users acknowledge that AITA, its Administrator, promoter(s) and sponsor(s) have no liability to the member or user of the product(s) or service(s), or responsibility for any errors and omissions in any materials supplied to members or users or for any failure by any product or service provider to honor the applicable discount. However, if a member or user encounters a problem with any discount, product or service, AITA will try to assist that member or user in resolving the problem. Cancellation of membership is understood to be a member or user's sole recourse. AITA reserves the right to change, alter or amend Benefits at any time without notice.
USE OF MEMBERSHIP
Membership is non-transferable and is limited to the individual name printed on the Membership card provided to the member at the time of enrollment or renewal. Members should be sure to keep membership current from year to year because AITA and participating product and service providers will not honor a membership card or number that has expired. Please notify AITA should there be any unauthorized use of your membership card or number. AITA will monitor certain usages of Member Benefits, and the use of a member benefit by non-members, or those not properly authorized to use the benefits, will constitute fraud and will be prosecuted.
The AITA Membership card must be presented to the Service Provider at the time of service in order to receive any discounts or promotional advantages.
ERROR IN MEMBERSHIP LISTS
If a Member attempts to use a member benefits that requires authentication, and the Member's name does not appear on the AITA Active Members' List, the requested services will not be provided at the expense of AITA. If the requested services are provided by the Service Provider recommended by AITA, the member may submit the invoices and if an error was made, the member will be reimbursed for the amount that would have been paid by the AITA program, if AITA is able to secure the funds from the supplier. Rebates are paid by AITA after AITA receives rebates from Service Providers and/or vendor partners. If a member is due rebates from an AITA vendor partner, AITA will assist in attempts to gain such rebate, but AITA does not guarantee or underwrite the rebates or discounts that are not paid in accordance with the agreements and terms for rebates and or discounts offered by a vendor partner to AITA members and/or Affiliates. Any dispute is the responsibility of the Vendor Partner and AITA's only responsibility or recourse would be to remove the vendor partner from AITA's list of recommended providers.
