A quick history lesson:
AITA was established to provide small fleets with an opportunity to buy at discounted prices. The original program has expanded to include not only trucking, but all aspects involving trucking, such as manufacturing, industrial accounts, construction accounts, (especially heavy construction like roadbuilders), and agricultural and farming accounts. All of these areas, and others not mentioned, require trucking to move products, finished goods or equipment. Complete details are available on our web site at www.AITAonline.com, but I ask that you wait until you have read all of the details here before you go there.

Independent truckers are involved in every aspect, as employees and as contract carriers, therefore, the other aspects of the industry are included.

In our expansion, we have extended our benefits to service providers, such as truck repair shops, truck stops, escort vehicles and a host of other service providers under our umbrella of program participants.

Trucking is one of the most dynamic and expansive industries in commerce, and AITA offers our benefits to anyone involved in the commerce of trucking and heavy duty equipment and its operation.
If its Heavy Duty, or uses a diesel engine, it's AITA!

What this means to the NAPA Salesman is more opportunity to offer our program to these businesses.

Salesman Instructions:

If you have made every price cut you can, and you need a little something extra, then this program may help.

If you have a low volume customer that fails to meet the rebate requirements set by the manufacturers, enrolling them in the NAPA National Account program will be to your benefit. The NAPA National Account program was designed to allow you to sell at M.I. or the lowest dealer net, which provides a more attractive sales price for the customer, and produces a good gross profit, while allowing you to captuure sales that you might otherwise not have gotten.

If this is a high volume customer, with purchases exceeding $7,500. per quarter, and you have made the same price concessions, then the NAPA National Account rebate program may allow you to add extra incentive to that account.

What must you do to get started?

Develop a "Prospect List" If you have a heavy duty customer that you would like to offer additional benefits to, without involving a cost to him or you, then you need to enroll them in AITA. Trucking, construction, Heavy Duty repair shops, or any other business that is involved in or serves heavy duty operations or use and operate diesel engines qualify to become an AITA Fleet Affiliate. Put them on your list
(Please do NOT include automotive repair shops!)

Discuss the list with your owner/manager: You should consult the proper authorities in your store to get them on board with the program and the accounts that you want to add to the program. The store's support is crucial. Enrollment Costs: Through a Special Agreement with NAPA, The First Year's enrollement fee will be waived.

Sign Them Up!
In that our agreement with NAPA waives the sign-up fees, there is NO COST to the Customer, so, on your next call you can simply inform them that you have taken the liberty to enroll them in a new heavy duty program available through NAPA, and that it will not cost them anything, but will provide benefits like discounts and possible rebates, making their parts cost less.

There will be no charges to the company nor the store, and there are no ways for the program to cost them anything. It is a True Benefit.

As an AITA Fleet Affiliate, they may utilize any of the programs available through AITA, especially the NAPA Major Account program.

As an AITA Fleet Affiliate, if their purchases exceed $7,500 per quarter, NAPA will pay a National Account rebate of 4% directly to the affiliate at the end of each quarter they qualify.

The customer's renewal fees will be handled by NAPA, therefore, THE CUSTOMER WILL NEVER BE BILLED!

You should then go to AR-3 and set the custom pricing to "9061" Please, do not change any of the custom pricing you may have set for this customer, all you are doing is setting the profile pricing.

Please Click Here and use the Enrollment List provided. Using this list will allow us to add new affiliates without confusion over enrollment dates.

We will not use the information for spamming or junk mailing, but we do need the information for clerical and registration purposes.
