Team work driver and escorts are a team! High Pole Escort is Controlling Lead Escort at all-times [ exception in states with front escort]

As a certified escort and professional, I require all drivers to understand that I will call out hazards/construction on sides of roads
and on roads if out front, and if chase I ask that they do the same for me.
Non-cooperation of this rule will not be tolerated and I will pull off the route and call Drivers Dispatcher and DOT!  

Rude Drivers will not be escorted


All Drivers must understand and Speak English! All Drivers must adhere to Dot and Rules of Oversized loads

A copy of all permits to be given to all escorts prior to leaving!

Driver must understand we work as a team at all times * Driver MUST sign invoice at drop!

We run only legal OD loads; we do not do any bootlegging loads or run after curfew. Do No ask to run off permit at any time!

ALL ESCORTED RUNS OVER NITE WILL BE CHARGED AN OVERNITE, NOT A MOTEL CHARGE

AUTHORIZATION/AGREEMENT TO CHARGES FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES RENDERED

PLEASE READ: Upon completion of professional services performed by Acorn Truck Safety Escorts, Acorn Truck Safety Escorts, it’s assigns or successors may hold a mechanics lien upon the property hauled, equipment used to load or transport such property, the shipping or receiving party, their agents and assigns whereby the indebtedness is incurred. All parties benefiting from these services shall hold responsibly for payment jointly and severally. In case of non-payment, a lien may be filed against any or all parties enhanced or benefiting from these services. It is further agreed that agreement is enforceable in any court of proper jurisdiction in the State of Ohio and enforceable in any jurisdiction in the U.S.A. that adheres to full faith and credit reciprocity. The venue shall be Hocking County, Ohio and is enforceable immediately upon demand and notification of any or all of the parties by U.S. Certified Mail. All Invoices are due in full upon receipt unless other payment arrangements have been made. Delinquent accounts will be charged interest at the rate of 1.5 % per month. Should legal action become necessary to collect overdue monies, any court costs, attorney’s fees and collection costs shall become the responsibility of the debtor and shall be due to Acorn Truck Safety Escorts upon demand.

All accounts which must be placed with COLLECTION are SUBJECT TO A 50% SURCHARGE
